A prescribed drug by a doctor/ psychiatrist to treat certain mental health disorders. Patients are to follow the instructions exactly. Overuse of this can lead to overdoses, addiction, and limitation of what drugs can be used on patients in a hospital.

Taking a day off from school/work when you are overwhelmed or struggling with mental illness symptoms. There's a lot of stigma around it but they are very important for preventing burn out and warding away disorders like depression.
