False- it is expected that students may encounter technical hurdles, especially if they are a late enrollment. For the first 2 days of class, the status of attendance should simply be "present" or Absent". Always check with the PD if you have questions.

False- We should be briefly discussing the key points of each slide. You should know what they say without reading them.

They should aim to have their own memory card no later than week four, as creative paks are typically delivered during week 5.

False- They need to disclose what computer they've ordered, confirm arrival, and confirm availability to catch up on the Friday. If they cannot do this, their name should be sent with notes to the PD.

Some form of: This should be reviewed almost immediately, and any students who are active and have not completed the verification should be followed up with consistently until they complete it.

False- the paks are ordered in bulk from B&H and tracking info will not be distributed individually. However, students who setup a free FedEx account by week 4 will typically get notifications of tracking through fedex.

The meeting should open 1 hr before class, and no later than 45 minutes before class. Instructor is visible 30 minutes before class.

A student forgets that their webcam is on, an is potentially going to turn class into a very expensive embarassment. What should we do? 

Remove the student from the meeting. Stop the recording until they are out. Start a new record. Contact them privately and let them know what happened. Support instructor should delete initial recording asap.

Possibly for a time being- this may work with basic lightroom tasks, but will not work for advanced ai features and will not hold up for photoshop. They're name should be given to the PD, and they need to be told verbally and in writing that their computer does not meet minimum specification.
