~어/아야 하다 is more formal while ~어/아야 되요 is used in colloquial speech.
Similar expression as ~(으)ㄹ게요 and talk about how they are same and different.
~(으)ㄹ래요
Both are willingness but ~(으)게요 can be used in the situation of the willingness for the listener's sake
Both cannot be used for 3rd person subject.
~(으)ㄹ게요 cannot be used in question
어떤 책을 사시겠어요?/사시겠습니까?
