B is wrong. "I" is a subject pronoun and should be used at the beginning of the sentence over "me," which is an object pronoun. Also, the only time you use an apostrophe in "it's" is when you can replace it with "it is," not to show possession.
The correct answer is which of the following:

B.Would you like to go the movie with me and her?
What is Sentence B. ("me" is an object pronoun, which means the action is being done to or her it. "I" is a subject pronoun and is doing the action.)
