This is where you would find a patient's current active medications.
What is the medication list
I am used to add a new pharmacy to a patient's chart. I like as little information as possible, like zip codes and keywords to find the pharmacy I need.
What is Pharmacy Search?
A flag showing a patient has been discharged from the practice, or has passed away.
What is the inactive patient flag?
All of the patient's billing information & states are located here.
What is the A/R tab?
Tamara Waldron and Eric Koenig are the only two providers that complete physicals required by the Department of Transportation. The cost is $125 due at the time of appointment and is not covered by insurance.
What is a DOT Physical?
A running list of a patient's current medical conditions.
What is the problem list?
I allow patients access online to view their lab results and medical records. An invite can be sent out to join me under the registration tab.
What is a Patient Portal?
I am a flag that means that a patient has a balance that must be paid prior to scheduling. You have to reach out to Marlo or Cristal to resolve me.
What is collections flag
I am a piece of information you must add in the Additional Info box when processing a payment.
What are the last four digits of the card number?
This shows a patient's past medications, including ones that were discontinued.
What is Medication History?
I would be used to notify the referral coordinator a patient has requested an updated referral.
What is a task?
I contain a patient's past addresses. I am useful for snowbirds and transient patients.
What is Address History?
If a patient is under the age of 18 years old needs to be accompanied but a parent or guardian for all appointments except for this appointment.
What are Sexual health and wellness visits?
This is where you would initiate a payment on behalf of a patient.
What is a payment transaction?
I am a program using Bluetooth the CCMs use to stay on top of the patient's health. The Equipment includes an oxygen and heart rate reader, Blood Pressure machine, and Weight Scale.
What is RPM/ Remote Patient Monitoring?
This is where you would find a patient's assigned CCM, and any providers that are associated with the patient's care.
What is a patient care team?
Located near the bottom of the registration page, I show all recent insurance verifications, as well as messages left by eligibility verification regarding PCP changes & eligibility.
What is the notes section?
If a patient has a disability or a language barrier impeding the patient's ability to communicate with the provider I may need to be scheduled.
What is an interpreter?
I am the transaction type used when posting payments.
What is pay-to-account?
I am an order that is processed by either a medical assistant (MA) or referral coordinator for a CPAP machine and supplies, wheelchair, walker, oxygen tanks, or Diabetic Shoes.
What is a Durable Medical Equipment Order/Prior Authorization?
This shows whether or not a prescription was successfully sent through to the pharmacy.
What is Prescription Action?
This is the function of Alt+E on the registration page.
What is insurance verification?
If anyone who is not the patient themselves calls in to schedule an appointment or request any form of medical information I must be checked before providing any of the patient's information.
What is the release of Information/HIPAA Compliance?
To find out when a bill was mailed go to the drop-down 'A/R' and select this option.
What is the patient's Account Information?
The second visit for any New Patient. Not all Medicare/Medicare Advantage patients are eligible for an AWV at their second visit. Providers use this visit type to complete HCC capture and close any care gaps for the patient.
What is a Comprehensive Health Assessment?
