What is the International Grand Basileus?
The_________ shall be the recorder of the proceedings of the Sorority. She shall take the minutes at each Boulé. She shall send copies of the minutes of the Grand Boulé to all chapters within ninety (90) days following the close of the Boulé. She shall take minutes at each meeting of the International Executive Board. A copy of the minutes shall be sent to each member of the board within sixty (60) days after the close of the board meeting.

The __________ shall be custodian of all monies of the Sorority received from the Executive Director. She shall disburse monies only on approval forms with vouchers countersigned by the International Grand Basileus. She shall keep an accurate record in a ledger of all financial transactions of the Sorority. She shall be bonded under a joint bond with the International Executive Director within thirty (30) days after taking office. She shall be a member of the Executive Committee, the Boulé Planning Committee and the Budget and Finance Committee.

She shall work along with the International Grand Basileus, International First Anti-Basileus, International Grammateus, International Tamias, International Phylacter, Chair of the International Executive Board and the International Undergraduate Member to the International Executive Committee, to exercise such powers and functions of the board as provided in the resolution which creates the Committee.
