Investigate if the client had a new exposure or is newly symptomatic. If not, then deem a re-positive.

Tick off re-positive on the 1st + investigation then send a task to request to merge the two investigations together.

Interview the client. Inquire if they have symptoms. If so deem a probable case and isolate. If not, deem does not meet and close.
