What is Homework Opportunity?

NO, they are not allowed at EMS. Cellphones brought to school will be confiscated immediately and held at the office until the end of the day.

"The Pantry". Ms. Hawbaker in room 111 is available between 11:10 and 11:50, or talk to a trusted teacher.

What is the advisory period used for, and when are classroom meetings?

The advisory period is used to help you connect with your advisor and manage academic and social pressures. Class meetings are held once each week.

What do you do if you arrive early at school?

School doors open as early as 7:30. Early students go directly to the cafeteria until dismissed.

When can students go to their lockers?

Before your advisory class, at lunch, and after 7th period. No locker use will be available during class time.
