Are you allowed to run in the art room?
NO!!! That is highly unsafe! You can get really hurt if you fall.
If someone feels like they are not being seen? They are left alone out of a group on kids sitting alone.
Sit down with them, even if they rather be alone. Sometimes just sitting down and chatting with them can make there day better and not feel left out!
How do my markers dry out?
Caps were not put correctly onto the marker so then ms. Megan has to throw them away.
Where is paper you can draw on?
In the black drawer with pencils ontop of it!
Should you rough house with another person? Even if they are your friend?
No! Because if you rough house with them, they could get hurt or yourself.
If someone is a having bad day and you keep getting into arguments what should you do?
Just leave them alone, if they are having a bad day sometimes people are better left alone especially if you keep getting into arguments.
After you are done painting what are you supposed to do with your brush and paint?
Put up your brush into the sink and clean it off, same with the paint if you are finished for the day!
Where is crayons stored?
On the bottom of the white shelf!
When you are holding scissors, how are you supposed to hold them?
Blade away from other people. Hold it into your hands!
If you are being called, what are you supposed to do before you leave?
Clean up your mess before you go! Do not leave without not cleaning up your mess, even if it’s a few minutes it just makes it easier on other people!
If you use chalk pastels, how do you clean up your mess after?
Sweep the dust into the trashcan, if there is any dust. Then wipe down the table before they next group comes!
Rags to clean up our mess
It can be on the sink or in the art closet!
Do you clean for candy and treats? Why is that?
No! We don’t just clean to get food, we clean to make sure our club is always clean and it is our job to make sure we clean up afterourselves!
you think you heard another member say something about a weapon?
Tell a staff immediately! Even if you think you think they said something!
How do you use glue correctly, this is both including the bottle and the gluestick!
With the bottle, whenever you use it. Make sure you don’t put too much glue down, especially on projects. There is a chance it can ruin your art and then clean it up after your finished and screw on the top. With a glue stick make sure you don’t press to hard and always put the cap back on or it dries!
Where do you put your wet paintings?
Drying rack!
Is it okay for you to not like your own art?
Yes it’s perfectly okay! Sometimes Ms. Megan doesn’t like hers but I always keep trying to make it better! Which that’s why we always keep practicing
If you see someone saying mean things behind someone’s back, bullying or starting drama. What are you supposed to do. In all areas?
go tell a staff!! If it is really bad I need you to tell Jodi.
Are you allowed to use a hot glue gun?
Depending on the situation, only teenagers and staff are allowed!!!
