What is the difference between choosing not to participate and becoming disruptive enough to leave with a liaison?
Non-participation affects the student's own learning; disruption prevents others from learning and can result in removal with a liaison.
Why is keeping a complete notebook especially helpful in this class beyond earning the notebook grade?
Tests are open notebook, so the notebook becomes a resource for assessments and studying.

Full-class reteach followed by a full test retake; students who originally earned 100% are exempt.
What can happen if the class intentionally misuses or repeatedly disrespects classroom supplies?
The class may lose printed-note privileges for one unit and complete handwritten notes instead

The class loses the debate privilege; future substitute days use math packets that are completed, collected, and graded until the privilege is earned back.
