On every placement, the Primary Coordinator should default to this unless there is an approved THP transfer/handoff.
What is “All”?
A THP is canceled within 2 hours of their scheduled shift. They are eligible for this type of pay.
What is Time & Travel pay?
This Credential task is used to hand off a candidate and includes recruiter, branch, facility, client notes, due date, and account manager information.
What is an Intake – Hand Off task?
When negotiating rates with a new client, recruiters should aim for this margin.
What is 1.6?
This scheduling term is for internal use only and should never be used when speaking with THPs or clients.
What is Assumpt?
Resume, license, certifications, references, required trainings, competencies, and specialty-specific skills assessments all come together during this phase.
What is PrePhase?
Unless a client specifies otherwise, a THP must have this amount of experience on that specific floor to qualify for joint commission.
What is 6 months of experience within the last 2 years?
A client wants continuity and doesn’t want lots of different THPs. If they provide needs in advance, this scheduling option can give them consistency without a contract commitment.
What is block booking?
A CTR THP is starting a placement with a Direct Client. This team is responsible for credentialing the THP.
