Knowing that with practice and effort, you can learn math even if it challenges you.
Daily Double!!! A growth mindset means skills and intelligence can be developed through effort, learning, and persistence. A fixed mindset means abilities, intelligence, and talents are static traits you are born with.

What is required to create a safe environment where everyone can have fun while learning?
An environment where everyone is encouraged to try and is not put down when they make mistakes.
What two things must happen before you are permitted to leave the classroom during class?
A warm-up must be done, and approval from Mrs. Jensen to make a pass.
Also, you need to bring everything you will need for class to class. If forgetting becomes a habit or the bathroom becomes a habit, I will start saying no to passes.
What should you bring with you if you are going to be tardy to class and you do not want to be marked tardy?
A written pass from the teacher you were with, or they can call me, or they can come with you. But you will need to be excused from your tardy to not be marked tardy.
