1. Secure the area.
2. Apply first aid procedures-send to nurse.
3. Contact ems.
4. Notify family + principal/school.
5. Notify supervisor.
6. Notify DYCD.
7. Take down shield number for report.
8. Accompany child to hospital if needed.
9. Submit incident report within 72 hours.
10. Log the incident in incident log and place physical report in file.
