Define Osteoporosis

Approximately how much of our bone mass is recycled every week through bone remodeling.
(Give percentage)
Approximately 5-7%
Why must a broken bone be properly aligned and immobilized while it heals?
Alignment allows the bone ends to reconnect in the correct position. Immobilization prevents movement that could interrupt healing or cause the bone to heal crookedly.
