A client just pulled you aside. They need an outlet on for their ice cream machine. What steps do you take in handling this?
1. Check if the green light is on on the outlet.
2. If it is, you're done! If it's not, check another outlet in the same circuit to see if that section is already on or not.
3. If it is not, check the breaker. Flip if it has been tripped.
4. If no plaza outlets are on, CALL ERIN

Yes, by law we have to allow service animals. The ONLY two questions you can ask are:
When is a fire-retardant canopy required, and how do you know if a vendor is using one?
Any time a vendor is cooking (grilling, frying, cooking raw meat) under a canopy, it must be fire-retardant.
A fire-retardant canopy will have a California Fire Marshall Flame Retardant seal. (Ours are the blue ones)

Let the client know, and then help them find the source. The bartender will need to pour the beer into a plastic cup for the guests.
