This is the code that represent represents achievement that falls below level 1 (below 50% in grades 7 & 8), and is used in the evaluation and reporting of student achievement in Grades 1 to 8.
What is “R” This signals that additional learning is required before the student can begin to achieve success in meeting the subject/grade expectations. Code “R” indicates the need for the development of strategies to address the student’s specific learning needs in order to support his or her success in the future.
