What is making and documenting parental contact?
This required teacher resource, submitted to AP clerks, includes lesson plans for up to three days, seating charts, procedures (attendance, drills, hall passes), and key contacts so a class can run smoothly in the teacher’s absence.

This form must be submitted 5–6 weeks in advance for administrative approval before a teacher can take a professional trip, and it can be found in the administration office.
