This deal type is when an existing client needs a new code setup within Paycom where they are moving existing employees. This could be due to multiple reasons.
SPIN
These are added in Paycom so employees can go in and look up details to their benefit plans.
Plan Documents or Plan Attributes
This is completed by the BAC with the client. This information needs to match what is entered into Paycom.
Benefit Plan Questionnaire
In this tab, a client can approve and send to payroll the Guarantee Issue amount, and leave the full amount pending.
Approve
After benefit elections are imported, this is the first thing you should do.
Generate a Recon Report and run the macro. Make sure that all deductions in form 2 match form 13.
This deal is a brand new Paycom client. They are typically a smaller company, and have a due date of 5 weeks post FCD.
Inside Sales
These are used to determine what plans and rates are offered to different groups of employees within a company.
Benefit Eligibility Profiles
This needs to be formatted before an import can be done.
Census
This tab in Batch Benefit Changes is used to view, approve, and/or send to payroll elections that employees have made, but have not finalized or signed and submitted.
In Progress Tab
This will show you if there are any deductions in form 2 that do not have a corresponding deduction in form 13.
Reverse Recon
This service is purchased when a client wants Paycom to help them set up their Open Enrollment, and be available for system questions during OE.
Benefit Enrollment Service
Accident plans are typically set up as this type of plan.
Health, Dental, Vision
On an enrollment validation, these counts must match.
Census Enrollment Counts and Counts on Recon
This displays employee's enrolled benefit plans with current coverage and deduction dates. Enrollment is broken out into six different tabs based on the status of the benefit plan.
Batch Benefit Changes
The Reverse Recon compares these two reports.
Reconciliation Report and Scheduled Deduction Report.
This is a brand new Paycom client. The due date is 5 business days before the FCD.
TSR
Critical Illness plans are typically set up as this type of plan.
Life
These employees must be in a Benefit Eligibility Profile.
ALL
This tab in Batch Benefit Changes is used to update elections.
Make Changes Tab
In order to recon the FSA/HSA elections, these must be entered.
YTDs
This BA Implementation is for an existing Paycom client. Your due date is 6 weeks from date assigned.
CRR
This option allows clients to set up Life or Disability plans so that an employee can elect the same amount as last year, without submitting an EOI.
Guarantee Issue Options
Deductions
This tab will show an election in red, if a change has occurred that will effect the election amount and/or deduction amount, and it needs to be updated and resent to payroll.
Recalculate Benefit Plans
The Benefit Reconciliation process should confirm these three things.
Employees have the correct deductions in payroll.
Employees are enrolled in the correct plans for both EE elected and Company Sponsored plans.
Payroll is accurate.
