When two or more people come together after an argument to express themselves & repair the relationship to move past the issue.

When you leave a note for someone to highlight a positive they did

You see someone bullying another classmate, you watch but don't get involved. You allow the mean comments to continue while your classmate is crying.
What is a bystander?
Although it may be safer choice to not get involved, alerting staff to stop the bullying is the best choice!
