All Nebraska residents who qualify

The SEL facilitator and the Wellness Team
Who do you notify when programming or HKM is changed or canceled
Must have no insurance, unable to afford a co-pay, insurance but no mental health coverage, or live in an area where mental health services are unavailable
What are the qualifications to be accepted into HCM
Ms. Twidwell & Ms. Christner
Who is the Wellness team?
Inappropriate language, inappropriate behavior, or subject matter from the provider
What would justify ending an HKM Facilitation early?
Provides social and emotional learning and support to the mentees
