What are the steps you need to do if your Initials are on the white board?
You have to complete your UA before 2pm on MWF and 12pm on TR.
What time is lunch appropriate to eat?
When are snacks and drinks okay to consume?
-Lunch can be eaten during the break times.
-Snacks and drinks can be consumed during all the breaks and in group sessions as long as you clean up your area and it is not distracting to the group.
What does Honesty mean in the group?
Honesty is the best policy eventually all things that is hidden will come out and it is best for you to take accountability for yourself.

How do we pick chores and when do you complete them?
Staff will go around before the end of the day and each person will pick a chore by random.
Chores are done from 1:45pm- 2:00pm. If the chores are completed early staff will excuse you early for the day.
What do you need to do to show you are ready to start groups?
Phones on silent/ away in your bag, your cigarette/vapes away in your bag, your bag on the floor or seat, sun glasses off, headphones out of ears and get ready to listen to the group lesson.
Can I come to treatment under the infuence?
No, If you come to treatment under the influence you will be sent home and your treatment team will be called.
Community coffee / snacks and how does it work?
Coffee is supplied by everyone in the group collaborating together to bring or buy coffee, sugar, creamer and cups.
Coffee can be made from 8:30am -9:00am.
Coffee can be consumed during the first group with minimal distractions and coffee will be thrown out by 10:45am.
If you bring a reusable cup for coffee you need to washout your cup with soap and water before placing them back on the table near microwave.
Snacks you bring to share needs to be sealed correctly after consuming and placed in the bottom container under the plates, forks, spoons and napkins.
What does RESPECT mean in the group?
No stealing others property
Keeping everything that is said in group Confidential.
No gossiping about others.
Being self- aware of the things we say and how it's said to others in group with empathy/ compassion.
Raise your hand, no cross -talking, you got nothing nice to say don't say it at all, keep your hands to your-self.
Wait till staff release's you for each break and the end of the day.
What time is the fridge open and the care store available?
Fridge will open 9:45am for purchase breakfast.
Lunch 11:45am; You need to get your drinks and food out before you go on break because staff will lock the fridge when they leave the room. (if you miss out you will have to wait till the last)
Care Store is available on 10:45pm, 11:45pm and 1:00pm breaks with the staff that taught the class before break. (ask staff before they leave the room and bring your care cash)
Where is smoke break located and what is the rules of the smoke break?
Outside in the parking lot, 20 feet away from the building entrance outside of the black square on the ground and put out the cigarette butts before disposal into the black cigarette ash tray.
Sally took her UA on Monday; will Sally have another UA during the week?
It is possible!!! UA's are random and staff can put anyone's initials on the board to UA on any day. Remember if you do not do your UA at the end of the day it will be an automatic POSITIVE!!!
Monica is playing her music on her phone loud on the break without head phones is this acceptable?

No, She needs to bring headphone.
Stand up and stretch in a empty space in the room. Go to the restroom and wash your face. Drink some water. Get a fidget toy or draw on a paper.
Gabby is talking to her boyfriend on facetime on the break in the hallways and outside on smoke breaks. Then she video tapes herself doing Tik Tok videos and taking pictures of her with peers. What Federal violation is she breaking and what advice would you give her?
