What Handshake resource do you recommend to a student who has not heard back from an employer yet/does not know how to engage with an employer?

Answer: Professional Communication. 

Ask for details: When did you apply? How long has it been? What is the application deadline? 

Advise: Wait at least a week or so, then reach out to the employer. Take note that they may be waiting for the application window to end to consider all applicants. Keep in contact, but don't put all eggs in one basket too.
