Transcription starts in the nucleus. The DNA strand is split open and RNA polymerase synthesizes a strand of mRNA before sending that mRNA off to the Ribosome.

Explain the process of Translation.

mRNA arrives at the ribosome. tRNA bonds to the mRNA, reading it three bases at a time. The tRNA then passes the amino acid chain to the next tRNA, and this continues until a stop codon is reached.

Totipotent stem cells can differentiate into any kind of cell, and they break down in to other kinds of stem cells. Each differentiation the cells become more specialized.

DNA is unzipped at multiple sites by helicase

DNA Synthase runs down the DNA strand adding complementary nucleotides
