A CHW should show kindness and understanding toward people experiencing health or personal difficulties.

When a person's health problem is beyond a CHW's training or authority, the CHW should do this.

CHWs do every month within their community for monitoring of patients regularly.

A CHW should not discriminate against people based on their differences. This principle promotes this.

CHWs may visit clients in their homes to provide education, support, and follow-up. This is called this type of outreach.
