List 4 rights that accused criminals have that are found in the 6th Amendment.
(must have 4 of the 7) you have a right to a speedy trial; the public must be allowed to observe your trial; an impartial jury of your peers must be allowed to decide if you are guilty or not guilty; you must be told what crime you are accused of committing; you must be allowed to confront witnesses who are accusing you of a crime or saying things against you and ask them questions; you must be given the opportunity to have witnesses testify in your favor; you must be allowed to have an attorney/counsel help you during your case
