Students must call out at least 2 hours before the beginning of the shift. If CLAs are late more than 15 min. they must let Ms. Lambert AND computer lab 436 know.

Start with calling Ms. Lambert, then Mr. Chris, then Ms. Laura until you reach someone. Most likely we cannot fix it ourselves but a ticket needs to be put in.
