Describe Colonial Doctors and Lawyers?
Doctors were people who fell prey to smallpox and diphtheria which were treated with bleeding to the sick with leeches. They also had very little medical training other than acting as an apprentice. Lawyers were often viewed as talkative troublemakers and were very rare because of people arguing their own case. But after trade expanded, legal problems became harder to deal with and people began needing experts.
