For most assignments, either is fine! I will show you how to use certain shortcuts on the Ti-Nspire, but everything we do in Geometry can also be done with only the baby calculator.

True or False: Mrs. Speights can provide plenty of assistance and extra practice for you as long as you can tell her what you're confused about. 

True! Coming in and saying "I don't get anything in this class!" is not very helpful for me or you, but if you can show me a problem/topic that was confusing to you in class, I can go from there to give you specific feedback and assistance.

False; this is probably Mrs. Speights' biggest pet peeve. Unless it is an emergency, please try to handle bathroom breaks between classes or during individual practice time.

Come before school or during activity period the day of the test. Let Mrs. Speights know ahead of time that you plan to use your extended time!

Do internet issues excuse you from completing an assignment?

No! Assignments can be completed in class, before school, during activity period, or during study halls even if your internet at home is out. I will always give you PLENTY of time to complete any computer-based assignments.
