Convoy CC preannouncement for an LF
The Convoy CC pre-announces convoy composition to the FSC. The transport vehicle will not stop outside and will immediately enter the LF. The on-site Team Chief will vouch for the team if he/she can make positive personal recognition. If the on-site Team Chief cannot make positive personal recognition, the Convoy CC and another MEED equipped member must authenticate after the PT has entered the LF.

Protection Level 1: Assign PL-1 to AF PPAs for which the loss, theft, misuse, compromise, damage or destruction results in unacceptable mission degradation to the strategic capability of the US or catastrophic consequences for the nation.
Protection Level 4: Assign PL-4 to AF operational or MSAs that directly or indirectly support PPAs and the war fighting mission which loss, theft, misuse, compromise or destruction would adversely affect mission capability.

Part 3. Initiating and dispatch agencies may be the same organization; however, the same individual cannot sign the authorization and verification blocks of the AFGSC Form 246/MADO.
