Reports the general ledger amount to the DOC Report.
What is General Ledger
This is a substitute for the + sign using the General Ledger, Line, or Amount Functions
What is a comma?
This option allows a user to add a new line in the middle of a report and from that point forward, increase all line numbers and formulas.
What is Increment Line?
Reports the Total of lines, including general ledger amounts and unit counts
What is Line?
This sums the amounts of a range of GL Accounts, Lines, or Amount Functions.
What is the "double period"?
This option allows a user to decrease line(s) in the middle of a report and from this point and below, decrease all line numbers and formulas. increase all line numbers and formulas.
What is Decrement Line?
Reports totals, unit counts excludes general ledger amounts.
What is count?
If the Amount in account 482 was $200.00 and the multiplier is 1.00 this will be the Daily Operating Report Results.
What is $200.00?
This function should be used when unit counts are the only desired information. No dollar balance will report.
What is Count?
Reports data from the description field.
What is Comment?
If the Amount in account 482 was $200.00 and the multiplier is -1.00000 this will be the Daily Operating Report Results.
What is -200?
This report is the most common report for all Managers.

Creates a page break and is included in the first line of the next page. The description of this is also a printable comment
