- They have to run at least one activity with your that week
- All CITs run afternoon circle on Friday
- Hands off campers
- They'll be evaluated twice that week
- Bathroom run ration 2:4
You have a minor disagreement or conflict with your co-counsellor during the day. How do you handle it?
What is separate it from the campers/other staff, take time to approach it calmly, and try to resolve it respectfully and professionally first (or pull in a supervisor if needed)?
