A resident and their roommate come to the desk and report that, for the third time, they have found mail addressed to someone else in their mailbox (they show it to you). What could be causing this repeated issue?

- DC not checking the dashboard/mail forwarding if the mail belongs to the residents assigned to the room

- placing the mail in the wrong mailbox.

You are working a six-hour desk shift from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. During your shift, three residents ask to borrow the kitchen key, but it has not been returned. Each time, you simply tell them that the key is currently checked out. Since the repeated inquiries have drawn your attention to the missing key, what should you do next?

- Check the key loan history, who loaned it out, when & due date.

- Email the individual to return it ( Draft available-- don't send out the draft )
