50% of your contributions up to 6% - a match of up to 3%.
If you'll be late or absent, you must notify your supervisor by phone at least this far in advance.
At least 2 hours before your shift (leaving a message with a coworker doesn't count unless your manager approved it).
Under the "use-it-or-lose-it" rule, vacation earned on each anniversary must be used by this point or it's forfeited.
By the next anniversary.
DePalma provides up to this many days of unpaid bereavement leave for the death of an immediate family member.
5 days (unpaid; you may use available PTO or Vacation).
How and how quickly you handle a work-related injury or an unsafe condition/hazard?
Report it to your supervisor immediately - the same day if possible (you can raise safety concerns without fear of reprisal).
To request a reasonable accommodation you don't need any special words - you simply do this.
Let your manager or HR know you need an adjustment for a medical reason (the company then starts a good-faith, interactive process).
The three things you must do if you need to leave the property during your shift for a personal reason.
Get your supervisor's/manager's permission first, clock out when you leave and clock back in when you return, and check in with your supervisor as soon as you're back.
Under the standard PTO plan, once your balance reaches this cap, accrual pauses until you use some and drop below it.

This is what makes an otherwise-eligible associate ineligible for a given holiday's pay.
Missing their scheduled shift immediately before, on, or after the holiday - for any reason.
What you must do with any guest or coworker item you find on the property - and what happens if you keep it.
Turn it in to the designated lost-and-found location right away and log it; keeping, using, or taking it home is treated as theft.
DePalma carries this in every state it operates, at no cost to associates, for work-related injuries.

The rule for personal visitors in back-of-house and associate work areas, and who's responsible for them.
Only authorized visitors are allowed; personal visitors are discouraged during working time and need manager approval in advance — and associates are responsible for their visitors' conduct.
This is a real risk in the hotel industry that DePalma (and most brands) require awareness training on; if you notice the signs, you report it to a manager or security immediately and do NOT intervene directly.
Human trafficking
After your shift ends you're expected to leave, so if you need to come back to the property while off the clock you must do this first.
Get management approval before returning.
In New Jersey, this is the maximum amount of unused PTO that can be carried over into the next benefit year.
40 hours.
An eligible hourly associate who works 8+ hours on a holiday is paid this; and a salaried manager who works the holiday instead gets this.
Hourly: time-and-a-half for the day (8 hours guaranteed either way). Managers: no extra pay, but 30 days to take a substitute day off, approved in advance.
The general rule on gifts: associates may not solicit or accept gifts, cash, or favors that could do this to their business judgment — though modest, customary courtesies may be okay.
Influence it, or even appear to influence it (when in doubt, ask; sales and catering associates are held to an especially strict version of this rule).
Under the federal PUMP Act, DePalma gives nursing mothers reasonable break time plus this - and it specifically may NOT be a bathroom.
