We can only send a 30 day supply, so we cannot include in the sig QOD dosing. We send as BID so the pt has enough medication but be sure they know to take QOD.

No! You should wait until after the final pathology result from the excision is received to confirm margins are clear.

No!! If you've verified your provider does not want records back, then it is not a true referral.
Instead, document in the tx plan why we are sending and to who. Then can use the send copy of EMN to PCP button and modify to-do.

No, because the lab will get confused when drawing the 2nd UPT and draw both orders unnecessary. Second round of bloodwork can be sent as standing.

No! You should only schedule aesthetic appts in an aesthetic or aesthetic/derm slot. This is to make sure that we have the appropriate MAs scheduled who are able to assist during those times.
