What is your opinion on Trench Warfare? Explain.
I think it was good because it brought about many military advancements and new technology that may not have been invented without it. It trained soldiers to adapt to new surroundings. I think it was horrid because it created harsh and horrifying landscapes filled with barb wire, empty shells, mud, and dead bodies. The most deaths ever until them was this war. Gas was used to suffocate the opponents, and caused uthonorable deaths and bombs were used, destructing mass areas.
