What is The Bathroom Bill?
Passed in 2024, if a person is challenged that they are using the bathroom not allowed by the law, they can show a birth certificate, or proof of gender affirming surgery, however there are no actual consequences required by law.

What is "The Religious Liberties Act" or HB 322?
Passed in 2015, this bill under cuts another bill (SB 296), passed the same year, that added these factors as unacceptable to the Utah Antidiscrimination Act and the Utah Fair Housing Act, by allowing people to justify discrimination with religion.
