incomplete and complete/Incomplete examples are nuts, beans, peas. Complete examples are meat, cheese, steak, etc. If you are vegan or vegetarian you will be eating more on the incomplete side, but don’t worry you can eat enough incomplete proteins to make it complete.

False! We need fat just as much as any other nutrient. It supports and cushions us, also it allows us to maintain a healthy blood pressure and a healthy pregnancy, but just like other foods, too much of anything can be bad for you.
