Have all the residents put their ID's in the middle of the room, and take a picture of them.
Do not chase after people who run away. (Just note it in an IR).

None. On Rounds CA's are to make sure that all of the doors are alarmed.

* Monday - Thursday for an extreme facilities concern. Extreme meaning that it cannot wait until the next morning.
What happens after a resident is documented in an IR?
* They receive an email requesting a meeting (from an A/RD).
* After meeting the A/RD makes on decision on their responsibility
*If found responsible a resident is issued a sanction, and a disciplinary status.
*If resident does not like decision they have 10 days to request a formal hearing.
What is the most important thing to look out for during exterior rounds?
* Making sure that all exit doors are closed/locked
* When there is snow, removing snow so that people are able to exit.
*Notice if windows are open during below freezing temperatures.
