An Accident report is for any non-recurring injuries. An Incident report is for non-injury situations such as violent patrons, unusual situations, theft, etc.

Call a code purple, do not try to detain or break up the altercation. Use your voice to encourage participants to stop. The Rec Sup will contact 911 if necessary. Gather names and witness statements if possible.

Nothing! Once lightening is 8 miles away it become a code blue.
Is the building evacuated during a power outage?
It depends! The pool and spa cannot be open without power. If there is enough natural light, activity may resume at the discretion of the Rec Sup. If it is too dark, patrons should be evacuated to the lobby until power resumes.
