Why can't Creative Circle accept paper copies of the I-9?
Because we are an E-Verify company. This means we can only accept the ones completed on the computer provided by our link.

Your employee’s employment authorization or documentation of employment authorization has expired ("reverification").

Yes.
M-1 OPT can only work short freelance and not work permanently.
E-3 can only work permanently and not work freelance jobs.
What is a SSA TNC vs a DHS TNC?

Department of Homeland Security: The info entered does not match what they have on record at DHS.
How long can a completed Section 1 stay without getting completed?
Two weeks. If the candidate completed his/her EI-9 and does not come within 2 weeks with identification, it expires.
When is the only exception of it being acceptable to filling out a paper I-9 form?
When we are filling it out for one of our sister companies, ex: Oxford Global.
