What is Associate Members are companies, incorporated bodies, organizations, educational institutions, individuals or other entities which support the objects of WCCS and have no right to vote. OR - If the conduct of a Member is detrimental to the good standing of WCCS or if a Member is in breach of these By-laws the Board of Directors will act as the Disciplinary Committee and may take disciplinary action or rule to terminate membership provided that any such ruling is subject to appeal. In the case of such appeal, the Board of Directors ruling may be overturned by special resolution at the AGM
