I had a case open for 9 months. I did the 9 month assessment on 4/15/22 and the case closed 4/30/22, do I still need to do a Termination FAF assessment?
No. Change the 9 month assessment to the Termination assessment since it's within 30 days.
I started my visit and after 45 minutes, the mother gets a call that she needs to deal with a family emergency. Since my visit wasn't an hour long, how do I document this?
This would be an excused absence and the 45 minute visit would be documented as a child follow-up.
