They can be on one half-hour waitlist at a time.
How many makeup- tokens can a student have in a calendar year?

If someone wants to pay in cash/check, how many months do we require them to pay?
Minimum of 3 months at a time.

What is our move-up policy?
If a swimmer advances or ages out, the need to at least get on a waitlist for the next level. If they do not get on the waitlist, they will only be allowed to be in that level for 2 more months.
How often does family/student policy report get run?
Once a week
When is the aged accounts report run?
THe 1st, 2nd, and 4th of the month and then Tuesday,Wednesday, Friday for the rest of the month
What are the price tiers for the birthday parties?
Up to 24 swimmers - $600
24 to 34 Swimmers - $700
34 to 44 Swimmers - $800
Reminder email sent at 2 unexcused/3excused consecutive
Warning email sent at 3 unexcused / 4 excused consecutive
Withdrawal email sent at 4 unexcused / 5 excused consecutive
How much notice do we require for a family to drop their enrollments?
30 days
How long to we give someone to pay the balance on their account after we start the aged accounts process?

Sibling - +7% off
Military - Starts at 7% off for first swimmer

Who gets notified if there are multiple people on the waitlist?
The person who is in the highest priority group and has been on the waitlist the longest.
When transferring, we need to make sure the swimmer gets how many lessons in a week and in a month?
4 lessons per month & 1 lesson a week.
When do we require a family to have a card on file?
When they have a swimmer on the waitlist.
What are our ages for levels & when we can put them on waitlists?
Mini 1 - 4 -15 months, no waitlist until 4 months!
Mini 2 - 16 - 36 months, waitlist at 14 months
Mini 3 - 2 years old, no waitlist until 2 AND trial is done
Junior 1 through 3 - 3-4 years, waitlist at 2 yr 10 months
Glider 1 - 5-12 years, waitlist at 4 yr 10 months
Glider 2 through Pro 2 - 4-12 years, waitlist at 4 yr 10 months
