What is the difference between piloted ignition and autoignition?
Piloted ignition is when a mixture of fuel and O2 encounters an external heat source, autoignition occurs without any external flame or spark to ignite the fuel gases or vapors
How are portable fire extinguishers rated?
By the A B C rating system for each burning material
What specialized jobs and divisions exist within the fire service?
Firefighter, driver, captain/lieutenant, chief
How should emergence calls be received and dispatched?
By clearly stating your location (or a solid address if possible), emergency/what kind of emergency responder you need, and your phone number.
