How to log in to FT
Steps:
Click on the Desktop icon.
Enter the applicable username and password (same as FDR).

Lost/Stolen Info under Account/Customer Info (claim overview page)
What does #1 Case Queue icon do/show?
takes you back to the main page where you see you list of cases
How to search for an account? (There are two ways)
In the top right corner, select Account Number/Case ID Search from the queue list.
Where to find "Gross Fraud" ?
Monetary Status
What does #2 Transactions List icon do/show?
Brings you back to the main page with the customer info, monetary buckets, and transaction list.
How to open up a claim once you've searched it?
Double click selected claim, OR 2nd icon "Transaction List".
Where to find "Fraud Transactions Only"

What does Activity Log Icon show you?
Expand the Activity Section to see a log of all actions taken on the claim.
Activity Log Details:
Date of action/notation.
Operator who placed the note/took the action.
Description of what occurred.
Some entries can be expanded for specific notations.
How to move back and forth to the next claim?
Manilla folders at top left with the back and forth arrows.
Where to find all notations pertaining to the investigation and actions taken are notated?
Case Notes
What does Letter History Icon show?
Displays the date, letter type, and whether it is an acknowledgment or resolution.
How to search/locate related claims?
Binoculars (top left)
Where to find all ACK/INV actions available on the claim?
Action List (bottom right)
What two balances should always match?
Current Balance, and Bal. to Recovery should ALWAYS MATCH
