Release of Account Info
Name one reason you are able to release the last 4 digits of an account number.
CM Is being serviced on multiple accounts to clarify which account the conversation is regarding.
On an Outbound call when PCM/SCM requests the last four digits to validate discover is party making call.
Name at least 2 account statuses required to be on an account to release a full account number.
Charged Off, Closed, Revoked, L/S or Fraud
When can you provide the address on file to the CM?
If required by scripting or disclosure, and on an outbound call. I.E. Prairie or ROCC.
