What steps are required to update a Not Clear CCJ to Cleared?
Finance Advisors (FA's) can update a Not Clear Course Clearance Journey to Clear by selecting to open up the Course Clearance case and Update Journey. They can then use the drop down menu to notate why the course clearance decision has changed and will select: Student corrected reason for not clear. Then selecting finance <advance to clearance re-review>
The FA can then save the change they made and go back to re-disposition the Course Clearance Journey. KB 76382
