As expected the rabbits had fatty deposits in their blood vessels and high cholesterol levels. But, to the researchers astonishment, one group was far healthier than the rest. It was found that the healthier group of rabbits had been fed by a researcher who was kind and gently stroked and talked to the rabbits while feeding them.

A few years ago, the people of Kasai region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo suffered from a conflict between a traditional group of warriors and government forces. As Brother Honoré Mulumba and his family hid in their house, a group of the militia found them and told them to choose to adhere to their militia practices or be killed. Brother Mulumba told them: “I’m a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My family and I have accepted Jesus Christ and have faith in Him. We will remain faithful to our covenants and will accept to die.” Though the militia promised to come back and kill them, the soldiers never did.
This General Presidency was reorganized.

President Nelson taught, “To do anything well requires effort. Becoming a true disciple of Jesus Christ is no exception.” He then gave a list of five things we can do. Name two.
