Tabby should always wash her hands after using the bathroom
Tiffany's mom called her and said she is outside, so Tiffany ran to the door
Tiffany should wait until her name is called to go to the door
While a facilitator was teaching, Tammy left the classroom
Tammy should ask for permission to leave the classroom
Crystal is playing outside and starts talking to a stranger by the fence
Crystal should not talk to strangers outside
Ashley was screaming and yelling on the bus
Ashley should not yell or scream while on the bus
Sarah washes her hands and throws her paper towels on the floor
Sarah should clean up after herself and throw her paper towel in the trash
Maria heard the doorbell and opened the door
Maria should not touch or open the outside doors
A group of students were horseplaying on the couches in the big room
The group should not be climbing, jumping or horseplaying on the furniture
Suzie gets up from the table and leaves her trash
Suzie should clean her area when she is finish eating
Jackie unbuckled her seatbelt and stood up on the bus
Jackie should stay seated and buckled at all times
Tasha and Ally are drying their hands with six or more paper towels
Tasha and Ally should use one paper towel to dry their hands, one more if still damp
Erica was very tired at the end of the day so she took her shoes off
Erica should keep her shoes on
A group of students are play fighting and throwing their squishy
All students should keep their hands, feet and all other objects to themselves
There are five students on the big swing
There should only be three students on the swing at all times
Martha gets off the bus and does not pick up her water bottle on the floor
Martha should clean up after myself before exiting the bus
Jasmine noticed one of the toilets were clogged and did not say anything
Jasmine should let an adult know if there is something wrong in the bathroom
A group of students heard their names called for dismissal and they all ran to the door
The students should walk calmly to the door
Cassie noticed water dripping on a plug in the classroom and just ignored it
Cassie should tell an adult that she see's a safety issue
Jessica and Toni are jumping off the swings and the slide
Jessica and Toni should use the use the playground equipment properly
Harmony was talking loudly on her phone and watching a video very loud
Harmony should use her phone respectfully on the bus
Four students are in the bathroom at one time
There should only be two girls in the bathroom at a time (one per class)
Harper went to get her slime toy as the door was open for another student to leave
