Solution: leave yourself a note! Right click the folder or the file and go to view details, then scroll down to add a description.

Solution: Go into sharing permissions and remove their access, then give Mrs. Moritz access to view. It's possible that they may have already seen it though, and they most likely got an email with the link at the very least, so hopefully you didn't name it "RW's Presentation was TERRIBLE!"

Solution: Open the file and click the folder image on the top next to the star. It will show you the current location and allow you to move the file.

Solution: go into your link sharing settings and get a shareable link. Make sure you open the settings up to a. everyone at Groom ISD or b. everyone on the web if it is a document you'd like to be open to everyone in the district or anyone who encounters the website.
